Essential Resilience: Mindfulness and Self-Compassion


Most of us know love, compassion and tolerance are needed in this world. But did you know that compassion for others is rooted in compassion for oneself? It's true. And it's easier than you think! Dr. Heather Krantz and Dr. Ray Gertler lead core practices that enable participants to respond to difficult moments in their lives with kindness, care and understanding. I will be assisting them as a teacher-in-training of the Mindfulness and Self-Compassion curriculum, based upon the research of Dr. Kristin Neff and Dr. Chris Germer.

Join us for this 8-week class, beginning Wednesday, October 17 and continuing every Wednesday until December 12, 2018. Your fee includes a half-day retreat on Saturday, December 01, and excludes Wednesday, November 21 due to Thanksgiving week.
