Being brave isn’t necessarily being ‘a big deal’. It is claiming, as the poet Mary Oliver writes “your one, precious life”.
How might this look? Living our values. Loving ourselves with our whole hearts. Taking the risk to be seen, to celebrate our lives and to rest in our essential goodness.
Being brave is being ourselves. My work is to support this brave journey. Let’s begin.
Meet Ruth Willamson
My coaching and consulting practice is all about ‘being brave’. I draw from the work of Dr. Brene´ Brown and her Daring Way™ and Rising Strong™ research. I hold a PCC certification from the ICF, trained at the Hudson Institute of Coaching. I work individually with clients, within the workplace and in retreat. Let’s explore what being brave looks like for you.
The Daring Way™ & Rising Strong™
The Daring Way™ and Rising Strong™ are each highly experiential curricula that explore vulnerability, courage, shame and worthiness. The primary focus is on developing shame resilience skills and daily practices that transform the way we live, love, parent and lead. I host workshops in 'The Daring Way™' and Rising Strong™ processes, as well as 8-week evening classes. I would love you to join me!
A weekend in retreat can be a profound catalyst for creating a life lived on purpose...YOUR life! Real conversation, hosted and nurtured by community, is transformative. Is it time to hit the pause button in your life? If so, I hope you will join me and reconnect with your true, singing spirit.
"When I started working with Ruth, my coaching goals were honestly to figure out what the heck my goals should be. I was that lost. By the time we were done, I was overflowing with ideas and plans and enthusiasm and purpose and let me at 'em world." A.R., Bend
