Please see highlighted services below. I offer coaching for individuals and teams, supplemented with great tools like the IEQ9 Enneagram Personality Assessment and Dare to Lead™, a skills-building curriculum for courageous leaders and thriving workplace culture.

Additionally, as a trained chaplain with Upaya Zen Center, my approach is deeply rooted in my on-going study of Buddhist psychology and teachings.

My deepest desire is to ignite the passion alive in each of us. My services extend to community planning and non profit work.

Community Visioning should produce more than a thick document of impossible ideas that sits on a dusty back shelf. A robust community planning initiative can actually strengthen the experience of community, creating opportunities for citizen engagement that brings this work to life. It starts and ends with values--the cornerstones of every thriving team, organization or community.

Nonprofit Work

Our world needs each of us, all in. I am particularly committed to supporting work in the non-profit sectors--those leaders on the front lines of change. Below are a few of the initiatives I am deeply committed to.

MUSE World Muse is a non-profit social change organization, inspired by women and youth working for positive social change. Muse is positioned as a convener and bridge builder, in support of BIPOC-led initiatives and the communities they serve. I am proud to serve on their board of directors. This work has been both challenging and expansive for me.

City Club of Central Oregon is a respected, non-partisan, on-line and in-person forum for community conversations impacting our fast-growing region. I have facilitated several City Club events and feel honored to serve on their board of directors.

Dare to Lead™ for Central Oregon Latinx

Sponsored by Central Oregon Health Council, East Cascade Works and The Latino Community Association, this transformative leadership training will be co-facilitated by my colleague Lizi Oceransky in Spanish and is intended to amplify Latinx voices and leadership across Central Oregon.
